What is the raw material & your products range?
Our material is standard cold-rolled steel plate with Electrostatic Powder Coating Surface to avoid rust. Our products range includes all kinds of steel warehouse and office storage solutions, such as warehouse racks, steel cabinets, mobile shelving, and locker wardrobes.
Can you customize and supply samples?
Yes, we offer custom-made service to our clients. You will need to provide us with some technical data such as dimensions and drawings.
What is your standard production procedure?
Our procedure is: Raw material - QC - cutting - pressing - bending - welding - QC - Phosphating - powder painting - QC - packing.
What is your packing method?
We use polyfoam combined with a 5-layer corrugated carton. For LCL and sample shipments, we use plywood cases to reinforce and avoid damage during transportation.
Is assembly easy for these racking systems?
Yes, there are assembling instructions included in each carton. If needed, we can also provide assembling videos.
