What is the raw material & your products range?

The raw material is standard cold-rolled steel plate with an electrostatic powder coating surface to avoid rust. Our product range includes all kinds of steel office furniture, such as steel cabinets, mobile shelving, locker wardrobes, bunk beds, and related warehouse shelving systems.

What is your production procedure?

Our production procedure follows a strict quality process: Raw material - QC - cutting - pressing - bending - welding - QC - phosphating - powder painting - QC - packing.

What's your packing method?

We package using polyfoam and a 5-layer corrugated carton. For LCL and sample shipments, we use a polywood case to reinforce the structure and avoid damage during transportation.

Are the products easy to assemble?

Yes. There is an assembly instruction manual inside each carton. We can also provide assembly video instructions upon request.
